We run a route so our regulars get cleared reliably after each storm — driveway, parking area, walkways, and the path to your door — and we de-ice the steps and entries where people actually slip.

Roofs are the part homeowners underestimate. A heavy, wet snow load stresses framing, and the bigger problem is ice dams. Those don't form because it's cold — they form because heat leaks out of the attic, melts the snow on the upper roof, and it runs down and refreezes at the cold eaves. The ice backs up under the shingles and water finds its way into the ceiling. We pull snow off roofs that are carrying too much load and relieve ice dams at the eaves and valleys before they turn into a drywall stain in your living room.
